SRMJEEE 2024 – SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST) will start the SRMJEEE 2024 registration soon at srmist.edu.in. Interested candidates will have to apply online to appear for the SRMJEEE 2024 entrance examination. The SRMIST conducts the SRMJEEE examination every year for admission to B.Tech programmes offered by the institute. SRMJEEE 2024 exam date will be notified soon at SRM University official website.

SRMJEEE 2024 Eligibility Criteria

SRMIST will release the SRMJEEE 2024 eligibility criteria with the official notification.  The candidates are advised to read and follow the eligibility criteria of SRMJEEE 2024 carefully. SRMJEEE eligibility criteria 2024 will include the factors like age, qualifying exam, nationality, etc.

  • Nationality : Candidates must be residents of India, or Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) and PIO or OCI card holders as issued by the GOI to be eligible for the SRM engineering exam 2024.

  • Qualifying Exam : Candidates must have 60 percent score or equivalent score in Class 10.

  • Candidate must have scored 60% or equivalent grade in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) / Intermediate from any Indian education boards recognized by the Board of Higher Secondary Education, Delhi (CBSE, CISCE, and State Education Boards recognized by Board of Higher Secondary Education)

  • A candidate must have scored 60% or equivalent grade in International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma or IB certificate or University of Cambridge General Certificate of Education (GCE) A-level with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.

  • Class 12 appearing students are also eligible to apply, however, candidates must have to score 60% or equivalent grade in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

  • Age Limit : Candidates must have attained the age of 16 + on the 31st July of the Calendar year in which they are appearing for 12 Board examinations.

  • Direct Admission : The institute offers direct admission and scholarships to 1st rank holders of all Central and State boards in India. The top 1000 rankers in IIT JEE of the district of Tamil Nadu, in each and exemplary sportsperson at the National and International level, will be eligible for direct admission.

  • Kashmiri Migrants : The candidates who belong to migrants from Kashmir will be eligible for relaxation in SRMJEEE admission.

  • Admission Criteria :  The admission will be based on meeting the eligibility conditions and the performance in the qualifying examination i.e., SRM JEEE / SRMAPET. However, the final decision will be made by the admission authority only.

How to fill out the SRMJEEE application form 2024?

Candidates must follow the below steps to fill the SRMJEEE 2024 application form:

  • 1st Step: Registration – Candidates have to first register for the SRMJEEE 2024 examination by entering the details required like name, email address, mobile number, etc. After successful registration, a mail will be sent to the registered email address. 

  • 2nd Step: Verify Email– The candidate will have to verify the email using the link will be mentioned in their mail.

  • 3rd Step: Filling the details – After successful verification, candidates have to log in with their credentials and fill out the application form for SRMJEEE 2024. Enter all the mandatory details and select a minimum of 3 exam centers according to preference from the list available. Candidates also have to upload their photographs and signature in the prescribed format.

  • 4th Step: Filling Academic details – Fill all the academic details correctly to avoid any issues at the time of counselling. 

  • 5th Step: Application  Fee Payment – After completing all the detail, agree and submit the declaration, to submit their application form. 

  • 6th Step: Online Payment– Candidates can submit the application fees via online and offline mode. For online mode, candidates can pay through Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking. For offline mode, candidates can pay the fee using Demand Draft (DD).

After submitting the form in online mode, the candidates have to download it and send it to authorities with DD drawn in favor of SRMIST, payable at Chennai. Candidates must note that the application form and DD must reach the institute before the last date specified. Candidates should write their name and address on the reverse of DD and send it to the following address – The Director, The Directorate of Admissions, SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Kattankulathur, Kancheepuram District, Tamil Nadu 603203.
