MET 2023: Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) has released the MET 2023 registration form. Candidates interested in getting admission to undergraduate courses at Manipal University can apply for the MET 2023 on their official website. The candidates have to apply for the registration process by entering their basic details. After the registration process, login id and password will be sent to their registered email ids.  Candidates can check the MET 2023 exam dates at the Manipal official website – manipal.edu. The MET exam will be conducted in two phases.

MET 2023 Eligibility Criteria

MET B.Tech Eligibility Criteria

The candidates applying for MET 2023, must read the eligibility requirements for admission processes. The admissions will be based on merit.

MET 2023 Eligibility Criteria

To get admission, the candidates must pass the Manipal University entrance exam 2023 eligibility criteria.

  • As per the MAHE eligibility guidelines the candidates must be a citizen of India

  • The applicant must have qualified 10+2, or any other equivalent examination.

  • Must have Maths, English, and Physics as mandatory subjects.

  • The candidate must have a minimum of 50% marks in Mathematics, Physics & anyone optional subject (Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, or any technical vocational subject).

  • No minimum age limit is required for MET 2023 admission.

  • The candidates with Arts group subjects will be given preference in MET BA Media.

MET B.A. Media Eligibility Criteria

There are various eligibility criteria of 2023 MET determined by the exam conducting authority based on nationality and education qualification of the candidates.

Nationality: The students applying for the MET BA Media must be a citizen of India.

Education Qualification: Students applying for the course must have passed 10+2, American 12th grade, IB with not less than 45%.

The Arts group subjects will be referred to as the preferred qualification of MET BA Media.

The MET application form 2023  has been released on the official website of MET online at manipal.edu. Candidates have to apply for admission before the last date to appear in the MET entrance exam 2023.  have to fill out the application form before the deadline in order to appear for MET entrance exam 2023 and be eligible for admission to the institute.

How to fill MET 2023 Application Form

  • MET 2023 Registration – The candidates have to register themselves to fill out the application form, by using their email-id, mobile number, and password. After the registration process, the candidates will receive the login credential on their Email IDs which they will have to use at the time of the application process, to download admit, result, merit list, and counseling process.

  • Fill in the MET application form 2023 – After completing the registration process, the candidates have to use their login ID and password to apply for MET 2023 application form. Candidates will have to enter their details like name, contact, dates of birth, etc, along with uploading of photograph and signature.

  • Selection of Course – After adding the personal details, candidates have to choose the course for MET 2023. Also, they will have to enter their category, exam center, and all the other academic details.

  • Uploading Documents – Candidates have to upload their photographs and signature in the prescribed format.

MET Admit Card 2023: Guidelines

  • Candidates must note that the admit card will not be sent to candidates address via post of fax.

  • Candidates will have to carry the printout of admit card to the exam centre. No candidates will be allowed to enter the exam centre without admit card.

  • Along with the admit card, candidates will have to bring photo ID proofs or a School/College photo-bearing ID card.

MET B.A. Media Admit Card

MET 2023 mass communication slot booking for UG programs will be commenced in online mode. Candidates have to log in and choose their test slot as per their convenience. Manipal University’s school of communication will release MET 2023 mass communication within twenty-four hours of slot booking. The MET mass communication admit card will be available in online mode. A copy of the MET call letter will be sent to the registered email ID of the student. On the day of the exam, candidates are required to take at least two prints of their admit card.

MET 2023 Slot Booking

After filling out the application form, candidates will have to book the slots for MET 2023 exam. In the Slot booking process, candidates are required to select the test centre venue, date, and time from the available options. MET exam 2023 will be conducted in two-three slots. The candidates can select a slot as per their preference and can choose the date, time, and test centre. 

The slot booking process will be done through an Online Test Booking System(OTBS) platform. To book the slot, candidates will have to log in to OTBS portal using their registration ID and password.

After completing the MET slot booking process for candidates, the candidates can download their admit cardss. However, the candidates can select the slots only from available MET 2023 slots within specified dates, and as per the seat availability.

MET Slot Booking 2023 Procedure

To book a slot for MET 2023 exam candidates needs to follow the detailed steps below. 

  • Step 1: Login – The candidates need to log in to the website and log in to the slot booking panel using the application number, password, and security code.

  • Step 2:  Check Details 

    • Candidates can check the details including application number, gender, etc.,

    • After clear verification, click on the “book a slot” button.

  • Step 3: Enter Details & Select Slot– Candidates can select any slots from the available dates. If the selected seat is available, they can book the MET 2023 and confirm the slot. If the selected slot is not available then candidates need to choose another slot.

  • Step 4:  After confirmation of slot booking, candidates can download the MET Hall Ticket 2023.

MET 2023 Answer Key

As per the previous trends and information the Manipal Academy of Higher Education will not release the answer key of MET 2023. After concluding the examination process, the exam authorities release the direct results and rank lists. If the authorities will release the answer key, it will be updated here.

The MET 2023 answer key will have correct answers to questions asked in the exam. MAHE will likely publish the answer key on its official website only. However, the candidates who will qualify for the exam will be invited to participate in the MET 2023 counselling and seat allotment process based.

MET 2023 Result

  • The MAHE will declare the result of MET 2023 on the official website soon. The result will be declared in different phases. Candidates will be able to download their results using their registered mobile number. After the declaration of the result, the MET entrance exam authority will soon release the merit list based on the score obtained by the candidates. 

    Candidates will have to use their login Id and password to download MET 2023 Score Card. However, the MET 2023 rank list will be used for the counseling and seat allotment process. MET 2023 Counselling

Mode of Counselling: Online

The candidates who will successfully qualify the MET 2023 merit list will be eligible for MET counselling and the admission process. The Manipal University will start the counselling process after announcing the MET 2023 result and merit list. 

To participate in counselling process candidates will be required to upload their 11th & 12th certificates and JEE Mains 2023 scorecard / SAT score / any state CET marks. The candidates will have to register and fill their preferred choices for college during the MET counselling and seat allotment process. The counselling will be held online and seats will be allotted based on merit. MAHE will also conduct an additional spot round counselling 2023. The details will be shared on the website soon.

To participate in the MET 2023 counselling process, the candidates will have to register for the online counselling of MET 2023 at the official website. Follow the detailed steps given below.

  • MET Choice Filling & Modification – Candidates will have to log in to the website and select their college preferences and branch based on their preferences. The candidates can also modify their choices as well.
